Did you know that you can quickly open a tenant file in PHAnetwork.com by entering the Account No from the tenant search page? This will bypass the usually search results and directly open the tenant assuming the number entered is valid.

If you have any PHAnetwork.com report in your hand that includes the tenant's name, chances are it also includes the tenant's account number. This is the quickest way to open a tenant file.
